The restaurant was short-staffed on Christmas Eve, but you wouldn't have known it thanks to the fantastic manager who helped out. The waitstaff exceeded expectations, delivering exceptional service. Our server, Ronnie, was youthful and enthusiastic, making us feel right at home with his outstanding service. Despite working late on Christmas Eve, everyone maintained a festive attitude. What susans doesn't like about TGI FRIDAYS - Melbourne:
The restaurant had a nice ambiance, but the service was surprisingly slow even though it wasn't very busy. The biggest letdown was the mashed potatoes, which tasted like instant. However, the chicken was tasty. Others enjoyed their hamburgers. Overall, it was an okay experience. View all feedback.
The food at this restaurant is amazing! I tried the Fridays Signature Whiskey-Glaze Sampler and each item was delicious with the extra glaze. I also had the Sizzling Chicken and Shrimp with melted cheese, as well as the Green Bean Fries, all of which were excellent. The Rum Runner cocktail is definitely worth ordering again. I highly recommend this restaurant!
The chicken was overcooked and overly seasoned. The green beans were also overcooked. Instead of receiving broiled shrimp, I was given fried shrimp. The dessert was fantastic, but unfortunately it was packaged with the dinner and the container tipped over, causing the chocolate sauce to spill out into the bag.
The food at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. Everything was cold, dry, and old. I will never eat here again, especially for the price.
The Dragon-Glaze Salmon was too expensive for what it was. The salmon itself was very small but ultimately not bad although the rice was hard, dry, and clumped together.
Best Cajun shrimp chicken Cajun Shrimp Chicken Pasta I apos;ve had from Fridays in years. I stopped ordering it because it always seamed under cooked, not Cajun like, lightly sauced, and soupy. This time it was thoroughly made, with a darker, Cajun looking sauce, and taste. even the shrimp and chickens seemed more chard and Cajun like. Wish I had a cooks name so I could order only one I know they apos;re working.
