The lines are always long, and reservations are handled with respect. I’ve enjoyed some great deals here, and they’ve never let me down. I’m a fan of their Frosty and burgers. I appreciate how the staff, despite their hectic days, always tries to be friendly. My Junior Bacon Cheeseburger is always delicious. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
The food is good and typical, but the drive-thru is terrible. When there are more than three cars in line, I usually avoid it and go to McDonald's instead. If there are five cars waiting, it can take around 30 minutes to receive your food, and it's not much better inside. I don't know if they are short-staffed or what the issue is, but they really need to address this if they want to maintain decent business. View all feedback.
Do not disturb the order online. her interior eating was not even open and you had to wait in the line area anyway. In addition, they send them an email with an i'm here link to let them know that they've arrived. the link did not work and had to wait additional time for them to make the food.

Most unclean, slow paced workers. My lettuce was wilted and soggy. They forgot several ingredients. My fries were cold and stale. The bread was hard and dry and my friend got the wrong sandwich. Workers had an attitude and weren’t nice. Drink made me nauseate.
The customer service was terrible! I went in excited for my 10 piece chicken nuggets and some BLACK WOMEN GAVE ME MADE ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON AND AFTER THEY GAVE ME 9 NUGGETS. All I asked was how do I scan the code and she gave me a weird look and told me “how am I supposed to know” with a lot of attitude. They also took almost 30 minutes for a biggie bag and 10 nuggets
I ordered at the kiosk and it did not accept Wendy's rewards. I had ordered a $5 biggie bag and a strawberry frosty. When my order came, the did not give me a receipt and told me that they couldn't print one out. They strawberry frosties were not available so I asked for a refund but they did not give me the right amount. They also failed to give me a drink for my meal. Fries are old and cold, not crispy. I would not recommend this place.
