Everything blew us away. Casual dining with exquisite flavors. From the drinks to the dessert and everything in between, this place offered unique and incredible flavors. The staff were all extra nice too. We come once a month since we first discovered it 5 months ago. Pricier end but certainly worth it.

I had the longest wait ever for food at this restaurant. When my order finally arrived, the tacos were cold and tough. The staff kept giving us false assurances to prevent us from leaving early, insisting that our food was on the way. I dined there last Friday and ended up waiting an hour and a half for our entrees. After 45 minutes, I spoke with someone who claimed to be the owner, and he assured me that the food would be out shortly. The service was unacceptable, yet they still expected us to pay full price despite the long wait. Most other restaurants would offer a complimentary drink or appetizer for such delays. When the owner finally came out, he showed no understanding of our situation and was quite rude. He reacted poorly when we asked to remove one item from our bill, expecting us to pay for a terrible experience that totaled over $150 after tax. I've been to many restaurants, but I will never return to this one. I plan to share my awful experience with others until this place inevitably goes out of business. I feel sorry for the employees who have to work for an owner who clearly doesn't care about service quality and doesn't know how to treat customers right.

I've been to Nosh Grog several times before and usually had good experiences. However, my latest visit was quite disappointing. We placed our food orders at 6:45 pm, but didn’t receive our meals until 8:15 pm—an hour and a half wait for what’s supposed to be upscale pub food. We had to actively seek out our waiter for updates instead of him keeping us informed. The owner or manager offered a lackluster apology before disappearing. My friend had to ask three times for a simple Coke before it finally arrived. The waiter only gave a partial compensation for three of our meals after we insisted. The tacos I ordered were mediocre and served lukewarm, while the burgers and chicken sandwiches were better received. However, my lactose intolerant friend's burger came with cheese despite his request for it to be removed. It was clear there was a staffing issue, and the overcrowded restaurant struggled to keep up with orders. I’m unlikely to return to this restaurant in the future.
