If you're not a local, you might miss the small sign on the marquee at this Dunkin' Donuts located inside the Mobil Gas Station on Route 109 in Medfield. Despite not having a drive-thru, this was the only Dunkin' Donuts in Medfield until a few years ago. It's a hidden gem that many people, aside from Medfield residents, don't even know about. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient, always ensuring that orders are accurate and ready in a timely manner. Parking is easy with a lot in front, and there are plenty of associates available. It's convenient to grab something from the convenience store if needed. I've had great experiences here, including getting discounted food at the end of the night. I would give this Dunkin' Donuts 4 stars and will likely visit more often as I find myself driving down Rt 109 more frequently.

This restaurant has the worst customer service, they always claim they don't have items when they are busy. They only seem to serve one person at a time. Overall, I rate the food, service, and atmosphere as 1 out of 5.
