What Roxanne Ross doesn't like about Dutch Bros Coffee:
This place is really going down hill. I bought 4 coffees with a gift card and the employee couldn't figure out how to scan my points for the app so I just lost out on credit towards a free coffee. The staff used to be friendly and play awesome music but not lately. Update 1/20/22 dutch bros got hold of me the same day I made this post the were able to add the points to my app. I feel like that is worth a star. Still... View all feedback.
The pumpkin brulee can be amazing, it depends on who makes it
You dont have black tea. Only am artificial flavored vanilla black tea. Smelled and tasted like chemicals.
I worked here for 2 1/2 years! Such a fun place to work, and also just visit! Everyone is always super friendly and genuine I really miss it
Loves the staff there. Always friendly and helpful. I don't always know what I want and they're helpful with suggestions. And they're fast! You never have to wait long to see if it's walkable.
You were customer of Dutch Bros, since Dane Travis started a car in Grants Pass, OR. No other coffee sites compare with there coffee customer service!!! Will always be a customer until the end!!!
