Firehouse Subs Mayfair Plaza

Tried this sub twice now, the best dub I've ever tasted. Fresh , fresh, fresh meat, delightful ?Food: 5/5

Didn't care for the taste and service want great either. Building is nice though, but not worth going. It's expensive too!Food: 2/5

I don 't know what has happened to Firehouse in McMinnville but our sandwiches on Saturday were awful. Ordered on line and gave them an hour and a half lead time. Get there to pick them up and they hadn 't even started making them yet. Which I could understand if they were busy but they weren 't. Fast forward to getting home and biting into my sandwich. The bread was hard and the toasted was burned. The entire sandwich all I tasted was burned bread and if you asked me what was on it, I would have said burned bread. Please clean up your floors and counter. The floor where the sandwiches are made was littered with lunch meat, lettuce and who knows what else as was the counter. We used to go here quite often but this will be our last time.
