What momin khan doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
Handing out wrong orders, not calling them out and having them sit while the customer is waiting for their food. When asked where is my food I was told rudely by the older lady on the make line its coming while the whole time it was sitting ready. It took 40min to finally get and was covered in onions, the receipt was taped to the bag a literally said “no onions” I called to let them know and they said, “they didn’t know it said no onions” I said the receipt was taped to the bag, “they said well I’m not the one who made it” I hung up lol such bad customer service! The lettuce looks all brown too!
We ordered at the drive through and paid and everyone inside disappeared. So much for fast service. We sat there for 5 minutes before they even started our food. The lady that took our order could have not answered in a more annoyed voice.
Terrible food and service. Worst customer service I've had. Been like that for a few years. I'm really surprised corporate hasn't shut this JJ store down, especially since I and others have called to complain. This store sadly is a disgrace to the company.
This place is no longer worth the effort. Orders are rarely correct and their sandwiches are not made to JJ's standard. They make the brand look bad. Look before you eat!
I had a sandwich delivered and put in the instructions not to knock because my dog has a torn ACL, he gets jumpy. My food was delivered quick with no knock and a treat for him was stapled to the bag. Thank you Jimmy John's that absolutely made my day.
