Chan's Chinese In Mcm - McMinneville

This place was empty on a weeknight. Food options are what is normally expected of Chinese restaurants; portion sizes were huge at reasonable prices. This was the cheapest place we visited on our trip through McMinnville and the only place we had leftovers because of the quantity provided. Food was flavorful and staff were nice. Of specific note, the service was fast. I mean, lightning fast. Maybe it was because we were early for dinner and one of the only people in the restaurant but I swear their preparation time makes McDonald’s ashamed. We had all our food served hot within 5 minutes. And for a family having spent the scorching hot day at the nearby airplane water park and museum, good non-burger food served fast was a welcome treat.

Food was good although the American waitress was VERY judgmental of the amount of food I ordered to share with my boyfriend. She made a lot of faces and she assumed I was going to eat it all and and asked if I was sure. Other than that food was great and so was the rest of the staff great people. Other than that.

Very big selection of different types of food. Yet there is no fish which brings me into a little bit of a quandary. Friendly staff quick service always give a complimentary carrying box or bags which I find it to be really awesome because usually I buy a lot of stuff

Hands-down, one of the best Chinese food places in all of , Oregon and especially in Mcminnville there’s one server here a gentleman glasses, who is one of the best servers I’ve ever had. He is amazing.

This place was great in the nineties. But not now. I have not been there in about 20 years and was very disappointed. Service wS still very good, but the food was no longer. The chow mein was, for a lack of a better term tasted watery. And the rest was nit much better. I was hoping it would have still good.
