Need to do better about cleaning tables after guests leave

Waited in the drive thru for about 4 minutes before somebody even said hello. Ordered 2 large jamocha shakes that came 3/4 full with no topping ands was barely talked to by the drive thru. Will be avoiding here for a while.

Food is being served even though the temperatures are above the safe to serve regulations. My buddy and I stopped and got lunch. Our food was gross. We also got food poisoning and had to seek medical attention!

Had their two for $6 fish fillets. They were very good.

In the old days Arby's was my favorite fast food. 20 yrs later my mother and I were not impressed.Update:I got a surprise call from a young lady named Sarha. She asked me to give them another chance. She was so nice, how could I say no. It may be six months before I make it over the mountain. but I will try again.
