The food was okay. It wasn't the biggest, but certainly not the worst. My food was hot, but the service was an absolute wreck. Make an online order 20 minutes earlier and came to pick it up. The order was not on the shelf and the employees were busy talking to each other.

The service is compared to the surrounding food suppliers in the area, which is 1 star for the atmosphere, because the dining area is never open. The service receives a 1 because the employees are usually on the phone or talk to each other. After considering all the other reviews, my probably is a step up. Welcome! Food: 2/5

Bad experience ever!!! I went through the ride thru at 8 first the lady in the drive thru not my order right after she tells me my order 3 times she still wrong ..after I moved up crazy the 2 employees just look at each other and on me and the order screen she could not go out what my order was I waited 10 minutes and she didn't take my payment she finally gave me my Oh, so I had to put wrong and it was the review this star deserved to write

I set up a job, a friend who was just sourdough Ckn Combo. Friend said, I don't think she can understand English (the CSR that the drive-thru works at 2:00). I received my order as a simply roasted ankle with cheese on a regular bread. When I came back to the drive-thru to return it, I could say clearly that she didn't understand me that I told her that the order was wrongly prepared, 3 times to finally I said I needed the mgr. The MOD came and corrected the whole order apologised for the error and that was all good, but the damage had already been done. I was on my lunch break and had to extend the time. To give me a free cake, will not replace the time lost from waiting for an order because your worker is not bilingual.

Pulled through the drive thru to be told sorry we are only open to door dash. So i ordered on doordash to pick it up once they said it was ready i drove up to then be told sorry we dont have that order cant help you. Even though i have it on the app and they msged me saying hey your order is ready. What a joke and waste of my time.Food: 1/5
