Denny's - McKinney

I always enjoy being at Dennys! They are an American icon that I love. The coffee is always hot and fresh, the tables are clean, and the staff is friendly.

Although the staff was short-staffed, I have to commend the workers who were there for going above and beyond to make things happen, even with a high volume of customers. My server, Ana H, was attentive and took good care of me. The coffee was hot, the water was cold, and the cinnamon roll pancakes (both orders) were delicious. I will definitely be returning for the impeccable service.

I went to this Denny's location with some friends and we were surprised by how great our experience was. The service was excellent, the food was high quality, and the general manager made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was clean and there were no sticky spots on the tables. Our food came out quickly for a busy morning, was piping hot, and cooked perfectly. Even though this Denny's is a bit out of the way, we will definitely make the effort to come back again.

The server was actually all hands on deck person. In every respect accomodative! It is late and she greeted me with a smile that made me know that she was here to welcome, wait for and cook and serve my meal! Very professional. She beat a meal from another menu... same meal on the way, but less in the price!

Sarah was wonderful! Fast and efficient service, very friendly. Good visit, would come back. However, she was the only one who did all parts of the restaurant process. Maybe the company should look at this?
