Lunch with my mom at McKinney, TX location before you go to the cinema for current action film. We have 2-chopper menus with big sweet teas. Asked for BBQ sauce enjoyed our food in peace. Monday Oct 10 2022 this red hair made at the window super rude. I order online. They didn't told me they aren't open inside I went tru the drive tru and she gave me the wrong order after I payed online nowhere told me they are close for dine in and they don't even have what I order. She told me don't speak to me while she is on the headphones like if I suppose to know what he is listening to. But defenetly wasn't me.... View all feedback.
This location is the closet to my house however after tonight I will likely never return.
Every table is dirty. The floor is filthy. Workers wearing street clothing. Customer service was just "Okay".
Never again! Grossly understaffedFolks had been waiting 25 minutes for their food when I arrived.
A great service! they really listened to my dilemma and took care of my order. great gm, rodney, they went beyond and beyond. Thank you.
We pissed the drive-thru here, they have our job right, and that was really good. beautiful friendly staff!
