Dunkin' - McHenry

The manager at this location is absolutely amazing. I would recommend coming to this location EVERY TIME. You will never walk into a dirty store, or poor service. It is always clean, the staff is amazing especially the manager! Highly recommend!!

First impressions were much better than other dunkins I have been to in the past. modern energy w minimal styling rly works well. looks clean as well :

The service was friendly, and the pancake breakfast sandwich was delicious. However, this morning, the coffee was off. It tasted more like very hot water with just a hint of coffee flavor. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize it until I was already 10 miles away after my first sip.

I ordered a medium hot chamomile tea with four packets of Splenda and a sesame bagel with plain cream cheese. However, they served me the tea without any Splenda and the bagel with vegetable cream cheese, which I couldn't eat because I didn't like it.

This location is definitely the best in McHenry. It's clear that the manager is attentive and a great leader. The entire staff and management team are helpful, friendly, and enjoyable to interact with, all while being swift and efficient! They have no issues accommodating order modifications, and they also offer excellent suggestions!
