The service was friendly, and the pancake breakfast sandwich was delicious. However, the coffee this morning was disappointing. It tasted more like very hot water with only a hint of coffee flavor. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until I was already 10 miles away after taking my first sip.
I ordered a medium hot chamomile tea with four packets of Splenda and a sesame bagel with plain cream cheese. Unfortunately, they served me the tea without any Splenda and the bagel with vegetable cream cheese, which I couldn't eat because I don't like it.
This location is undoubtedly the best in McHenry. The manager clearly demonstrates attentiveness and strong leadership skills. The entire staff and management team are not only helpful and friendly but also a pleasure to interact with, all while being quick and efficient! They have no problem accommodating changes to orders and provide fantastic suggestions as well!
The manager at this Dunkin' location is truly outstanding. I highly recommend visiting this spot every time. The store is always spotless, the service is excellent, and the staff—especially the manager—is fantastic! Definitely a top choice!
My first impression of this Dunkin' was much better than others I've visited before. The modern vibe with minimalistic decor works really well, and it looks very clean too.
