Some of the best service we've had there! Jodi was just amazing and has such a perfect personality for this kind of work. My wife and I watched her at every table she went to and oh my goodness. It seems all her tables love her. Our food was great too.She offered us 4.00 margaritas, the spinach dip and everything was great! We will def be back
The wait was, well, we had no wait. We were greeted and seated promptly by staff who met us with a smile. Deborah was over-the-top AMAZING as a server. The food came quickly and was just right. I will recommend O?Charley?s to anyone.
I?ve been to O?Charlys several times and received good service but today was different. We came inside and immediately we were greeted nicely by Kellie and she sat us and told us about the special the $4 margarita and our waitress Payton was absolutelyamazing. She was sweet paid attention to details. I am a secret shopper for fast foods so I grade this type of service and thiswas absolutely AMAZING great job O?Charleys McDonough
Janelle was absolutely outstanding. I couldn?t recommend anyone else. Her smile was bright and she had such a positive and kind demeanor. Everything we asked for she made sure we got it in a timely manner. She also checked on us multiple times to make sureeverything was in order and ok. I would love to come back and have her as my server. This was the best service I?ve ever had atany restaurant. Cleared my whole plate and all the drinks. :
My new fav is the California Salad with Salmon and blue cheese dressing with a side of the Nashville hot sauce. If you want to kick things up a bit on your salad this is a must. I sat at the bar area by the kitchen door watching the employees run in andout. They were happy and all working very hard. My server was Brandi and she is the best! I come here often and the times Ihave her she is always the best! She has truly mastered her craft and is a genuine professional. The manager Kathy is attentiveand open for feedback. She also has excellent customer service skills and obviously an excellent leader because the employeesattitudes show for it! What are you waiting for? They?re open til 10pm. Get up, go now! :
