I just ordered an egg and cheese bagel and it’s hard as a rock. It taste like it’s been frozen for a while. The manager had an attitude when I asked to order cream cheese at the window so I don’t feel comfortable calling for a new breakfast sandwich. The wait was 15mins for a sandwich I can’t eat. This is unacceptable.
Rather than use a box they put all my donuts in a bag upside down making a massive mess!!! Ridiculous to wait several mins on drinks when store is empty, even worse to be served after 5 other customers came went. Then had to ask where my drinks were bc five customers after me were served before me. All 4 employees looked at me without saying a word.
I think my mistake was coming to this location. Perhaps I'm not the right kind of customer for them. The cashier seemed frustrated with her job and entered my order incorrectly. She confused "donut" with "matcha frozen," which makes no sense at all. Plus, what I got was iced, not frozen. The chicken wraps I ordered turned out to be more like chicken tacos, which I'm sure are cheaper to make. A word of advice to the cashier: if you dislike your job that much, maybe it's time to consider quitting. It’d be better than taking out your frustrations on customers just trying to place an order.
The customer service at this location is incredibly disappointing! I just left after having a frustrating experience. I ordered a frozen coffee with oat milk, only to be told that they couldn't accommodate my request because they claimed they couldn't use oat milk in the machine, only cream. This reasoning doesn’t make sense to me, as cream is thicker and would likely cause more issues with the machine than oat milk would. I explained that every other Dunkin' I've visited has been able to make my drink without issues. I then asked if they could simply add the oat milk after the frozen mix was taken out of the machine, but the staff insisted it wouldn't mix in properly. When I inquired whether they could mix it manually, another employee chimed in, saying that since this Dunkin' is individually owned, it couldn't be done. I fail to see how that affects the ability to stir in a spoonful of oat milk. It was frustrating to see a lack of effort or consideration for how their service might be impacting their business. Given this experience, I chose to take my money to Starbucks, as it seems this Dunkin' is doing just fine without my business. Absolutely ridiculous!
