Bojangles has room for improvement; the drive-thru staff appeared somewhat uncertain about the orders. On the bright side, they kindly gave me an extra sweet tea. Overall, the experience could be better! As Romans 10:13 says, "For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."

I've been coming to this Bojangles location for the past two years and have definitely seen the quality of service decline. How can they serve food they wouldn't want to eat themselves? In the last two months, I've visited five times, and each time has been disappointing. I wanted to give them another chance, but this will be my last visit here. No one wants to eat cold, hard fries. It's frustrating to pay $8 for a meal that doesn't satisfy. When you're stopping by on your way to work, you don't have time to turn around and waste gas. I get that the drive-thru aims for speed, but what about the quality of the menu items?

Even though it was late at night, the chicken was still fresh at 10 PM. They also made fresh sweet rolls for us, and they were incredibly delicious!

I ordered a country ham biscuit, and it was absolutely delicious! My husband chose the biscuits and gravy so he could dip his Bo-rounds in it. Our meal came with drinks, and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast in a clean and inviting restaurant.

To add insult to injury, the supervisor had the audacity to keep a line of customers waiting while he finished a personal phone call right by the cash register. He instructed customers to hold on until he was done, which took about five minutes or so. When I finally received my food, I had to wait for fresh hash browns because they had run out. Rather than helping the next customer, the supervisor decided to walk to the back and linger there for several minutes. He could have at least asked someone else to take orders, which would have been the professional thing to do. Meanwhile, other employees were just standing around, looking disinterested in their work, and chatting, which only slowed down the process even more. Overall, the customer service was appalling!
