He instructed customers to hold on until he was done, which took about five minutes or so. When I finally received my food, I had to wait for fresh hash browns because they had run out. Rather than helping the next customer, the supervisor decided to walk to the back and linger there for several minutes. He could have at least asked someone else to take orders, which would have been the professional thing to do. Meanwhile, other employees were just standing around, looking disinterested in their work, and chatting, which only slowed down the process even more. Overall, the customer service was appalling!

It was really tasty, and my husband especially enjoyed the biscuit. He said it reminded him of a Red Lobster biscuit, just without the cheese, and he found it to be very similar. We will definitely be returning!

The staff is consistently frien... read more I can't comprehend why this location has such a low rating. I visit Bojangles often, and this is the best one I've ever been to. The staff is consistently friendly, and my orders are almost always accurate with the food cooked just right. I would recommend steering clear of the store on Hudson Bridge Road, as I've never had a positive experience with the food or service there. My only issue is with the Bojangles app—it leaves a lot to be desired.

Our meal came with drinks, and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast in a clean and inviting restaurant.
