Arby's - McDonough
Arby's
Description
This Arby’s earns mixed marks: appealing sandwiches are sometimes ruined by charred bread, cold fries and occasional odd meat coloration, while service ranges from indifferent and slow to genuinely apologetic staff who will remake orders. Guests report long waits, order mistakes and occasional rude employees, though a few managers handle complaints well. Expect inconsistent food quality and service—good recovery is possible, but plan for delays and be cautious about freshness.

I convinced a family member to try the fish sandwich because I think it's fantastic and delicious. However, when she received her order after a 10-minute wait, the bread was CHARRED and the fries were COLD. It's hard to believe that a restaurant would serve a customer food with burnt bread. This really affected the overall flavor, giving it a burnt taste. Considering the prices at Arby’s, this experience was very disappointing.
My husband mistook the fish sandwich for chicken! He claimed it was the worst fish he's ever had in 75 years. They really need to reconsider the chef.
When we walked in, we should have walked out. There was no one in there. When we got to the counter, not 1 employee greeted us. After a few minutes, she moseyed her way up to the counter and acted like we were bothering her. I wanted to leave but figured because no one was there, the food would be hot because they would have to make it. WRONG. Food was cold and the meat had a greenish color to it. AVOID THIS PLACE
I made this stop for the Mr. Good Burger special, only to find out that I missed by 1 day and they ran out of strawberry shakes.
At 8:20pm December 15 2023. I pull into the drive thru of Arbys on Jonesboro Rd in McDonough. I advised the young lady I needed a moment to get everyone 's order in my vehicle. I had 6 orders) 10 seconds later she said she was ready for my order. I asked her to give me 1 moment but she got an attitude. Then I started to order as I was advising her the meal was large. She started talking over me saying urrgh what 's your drink before I could answer she asked me again louder what 's your drink. At that moment I didn 't understand what the rudeness was for so I asked for the Manager. She advised me that she was the manager that 's how she talks now what. I can 't spend $60-70+ for terrible service...so I went somewhere else. Worst service ever...I will definitely spend my time calling corporate.
