Arby's - McCook
Arby's
Description
This restaurant offers a mixed dining experience. While some patrons praise its small-town charm, friendly staff, and consistently tasty food, others face long wait times and disappointing menu items, like skimpy, stale brisket sandwiches. Service quality varies, with reports of both warm hospitality and rude interactions. Operational issues like a broken ice machine without prior notice have also frustrated customers. Overall, it’s a place where friendliness and flavor can shine, but inconsistency and service hiccups may leave some diners dissatisfied.

Disappointing. The brisket tasted stale, and there was hardly any on the sandwich—it was mostly just sauce. For a $13 sandwich, I expected much better! Plus, there was no bacon jam at all.
Ordered 6 beef and cheddar's and they were horrible. Lack of meat and cheese but worst was the buns were so burnt we didn't eat them. Third trip in a row the food was unacceptable.
Brought our basketball team and wouldn’t let the bus driver eat free. Big Arby’s fan but disappointed they would not support a person who advocates for kids.
