Had the guy on the intercom swear me out when i tried to order. Never coming back here again.
A manager that works at the McCook Arbys needs to be fired. It?s absolutely sickening the way he treated an employee. Until said manager is fired myself and all of my family will not eat at Arbys.
If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. They forgot part of my order and left stuff off of my sandwich. Lobby is closed, not waiting in a line of 10 cars to get it fixed.
Tried getting food about two months ago. They were out of roast beef. Tried a month ago. They were unable to take cards. Tried 2 days ago and the guy taking orders began yelling at us to fu**ing wait . Worst place to get food in mccook. I understand youmight be having a bad day, but to yell at customers and swear is completely unacceptable.
