I ordered the Boss #30 with extra meat, and it was delicious. My wife had the meatball sub, and we both enjoyed our footlongs.
If customer service is important to you, this is a wonderful restaurant, especially when Athena is working. It's always nice to receive a friendly smile, even when you're just grabbing dinner!
I ordered through the app and had a terrible experience. I only received part of what I requested in my sub, and it seems they can't follow instructions. I regret tipping because they didn't deserve it. After this being my second negative experience with the app, I won't be eating here again. They just give you what they want instead of what you order.
Love the TCBY. We had a banana split after a sandwich and salad. Slow service at noon.
Alex and the old lady refused to give me allergy information. Zero effort and actually blew me off. After advocating for myself and insisting at least eight times, someone got Athena, who was very helpful. Why are people with allergies treated like pariahs in this town? Dietary restrictions: They don't respect them even at minimum. You're treated like scum.
