Charlie's Chicken Barbecue - McAlester

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was impressed by the very friendly and attentive customer service. The quality of the food was fantastic and I definitely plan on returning in the future.

I ordered ribs and a piece of fried chicken at this restaurant. It was delicious! I have returned several times and it has consistently been delicious each time.

I was just passing through on a road trip with my son and we came in right before closing. (I hate doing that, but we were really hungry.) The service was super nice and quick. My 11-year-old son loved the chicken chunks. They had a lot of options on the menu, which was pretty cool. I will definitely stop here next time we pass through. (He wanted to go to Chick-fil-A that was further down the highway, but I wanted to try something new that we couldn't get back home and since I didn't know the area. He was very happy with their chicken.)

Every time I've been to Charlie's chicken I have had time and time again wonderful experiences, that is why I eat there twice a month , and who doesn't like half price chicken chunks just because they are cold !!!!!

Location has stopped displaying their prices, all the food taste like old oil. The inside was remodeled a year ago but is not as clean as it use to be. They are adding a 4% charge for using a card to pay. Do your stomach and wallet a favor and go elsewhere.
