If you're in search of authentic Italian cuisine, this restaurant is an excellent option! The interior is designed like a deli, featuring a food display up front and additional cooking space in the back. It's primarily a takeout spot. Having enjoyed genuine Italian food since my teenage years, I can confidently say that this place truly delivers! I've tried their meatballs, pasta fagioli, sausage roll, lasagna, a hot sausage sandwich, and a few other items—all of which have been outstanding! The red sauce is flavorful and perfectly balanced. Additionally, the staff is very friendly. While it’s a bit off the beaten path for most Pittsburghers, specifically located in Kennedy Township, it’s definitely worth the short drive if you crave real Italian fare! I recently gave a sample care package to my Italian friend, and she texted me to say it was delicious—enough confirmation for me! I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to bring home some fantastic, authentic Italian food. We go there to pick up food almost every week!

I stopped into Ricc's for the first time today and ordered 2 hot sausage sandwiches with cheese. The sandwiches were full of flavor and the peppers and onions were very tasty. I have to say that the chefs at Ricci's know what they are talking about whenwe start talking about sausage peppers and onions. I will be returning and picking up some more sandwiches my next go around.Ricci's is one of my new favorite restaurants. Hurry and call and pick up something good to see eat!!????

Once I got home, I put the rope sausage in the freezer and eagerly dug into my sandwich. I was incredibly impressed—it was exactly the quality and flavor I prefer. I savored every bite, and for a brief moment, I felt transported to Abruzzo. AAA

Everything I?ve gotten here is delicious meatball sandwiches, hot sausage, stuffed peppers, lasagna, Mac and cheese, sausage roll? it?s all amazing! I love the local and family owned aspect of it too. I have learned from experience that they prefer youorder ahead of time if getting a decent amount of meatballs (more than 6 or so), but totally understandable and very much worthit!
