We liked the old location and the new location is even better. Much larger location. Very bright. Same great food. More space. I always got breakfast here and I'm going back to that. The mac cheese was okay, but not as good as their breakfast. View all feedback.
What Osbaldo Huels doesn't like about Bob's Diner:
I'm usually not 1 to complain. The food here has always been very good. My problem is that the prices listed in the menu are not accurate. Most of them are now higher. Last week I ordered the fish meal. Menu specified $12 but my bill had $14. I told the cashier and she took the $2 off. We just had the most amazing breakfast for dinner at Bob?s. The food was huge and all of it was delicious. But even better than that was the staff, Onisha was our server and she was so sweet and happy. We wish you the best of luck at school, but will be very sad to see you go. All and all an excellent experience
Well, today was different than the last time I was there! Ordered quiche. Comes with breakfast potatoes and fruit. Delish! Price was better than average in my opinion. Service was excellent. Not sure if they hired a new cook, but my last visit put me totally off of this place! Breakfast was burnt-should have sent it back. The only reason I returned was-well west park has the reputation of a shooting gallery! I wanted to try mo 's dinner. Was going to breakfast with my neighbor. My husband said PLEASE DON 'T GO THERE! So we went back to Bob 's. Glad we did.

Burnt food, prices have gone up with portions and quality going down. Floating employees to the Kennedy location, because they supposedly can't keep workers there. I assume it's probably a combination of poor leadership, lack of pay, burn out. Minimal waitresses, but it's a small place... Just don't look up at the ceiling and you'll probably be ok don't be friendly with previous staff because you'll learn how little the oil is changed in the fryers. Relocating next door, but even employees aren't sure how it will work with the lack of staffing. They need to get a supervisor/supervisors in there that make sure food quality is in place BEFORE it hits the table or Styrofoam container, a cook that is prideful within himself and the things he's preparing, and product restock being monitored (running out/never ordered). We ordered pancakes to split for the next morning (burnt), fish sandwich with chips (burnt sandwich bun), burrito (got VERY sick from). So sad, they used to be large portions (enough for next day) reasonably priced. Inside info: When New boss came into the picture... the past manager, cook some staff left and they just seem to struggle with any sort of consistency since.
