We stopped at Dolciaria Fassana before taking a stroll along Avisio to get a treat. The variety of choice was really huge. We opted for two really delicious giant cookies. I will come back gladly to try all the other delicacies.

I was in this pastry shop with my girlfriend on the occasion of a holiday in Val di Fassa. The property is located in Fontanazzo near the river Avisio. Outside there is a parking lot and a large area covered by a porch. The interior is large and always greedy of people. We took the strauben, a typical dessert with red blueberry sauce, which are prepared only after 14.30. The portion was abundant, also suitable for two people. The dessert was very good, fried perfectly and tasty with blueberry sauce. Prices are fair for quality and the quantity of products offered.

Walking along the cycle path to the hamlet of Fontanazzo del Comune di Mazzin, this pastry ice cream parlor is ideally located for a refreshment break. Me and my partner took two handicraft ice creams, although more expensive than the average of other ice cream shops in the area, but very good. We also took a portion of strudel and a basket with almonds without lactose, which we did not consume on site. Also these sweet products are very good and prepared with quality ingredients. the local also offers the possibility to drink hot and cold drinks and offers for sale, also typical Trentino products (speck, craft beers, cheeses, ... There is a large external dehors available while inside it is not possible to sit. The club is very popular as it is located on the bike path and in the vicinity of the children's playground, as well as a large car parking. The staff is courteous and quick in service.
