On the ski slopes you often need a golosa break. Absam Stube offers a pleasant break for a tasty breakfast with typical desserts. At lunchtime, a barbecue smell starts to spread nearby. The dishes served are typical of South Tyrolean cuisine. Canederli con speck, spatzle, gnocchetti verde, stinco di pig,minestra d'orzo... but also dishes of good Italian cuisine such as lasagna and pasta . All served with kindness and friendship.
