On Saturday my family and I visited Angelo's Greek Taverna for the first time. Everything we ordered was very tasty. GREEK SALAD was amazing. The oil, olives, cheese in this salad were of good quality, the vegetables were fresh, the skin of the cucumber was peeled [which I rarely see in restaurants]. Angelo’s was good, but not great. The calamari was tender, the spanakopita was well seasoned, but the grilled zucchini missed the mark and I felt there were places to improve in each dish. View all feedback.
Tried the Fish of The Salmon it melted in your Mouth and The Rice Came in with Meal Lemon Potatoes was Outstanding and Chicken Lemon Soup was Awesome.
What can I say. This place lived up to the positive reviews. A all around!
We love this restaurant. It is the best Greek food in the area and we have tried most of them. The food is also well seasoned. Their fish dishes are also always perfectly prepared. Just know that the portions are generous. The service is always friendly and warm. Highly recommended!
We go here for birthday celebrations with a relative. The outdoor patio is comfortable and dog-friendly; the staff is polite and accommodating. We love the vegetarian options (especially the meatless moussaka) and our non-veggie relative says the meat and fish dishes are just as good.
Angelo's is among the best Greek food I've ever eaten. Its clear they take great pride in serving delicious food. As a vegetarian I had their Horiatiki Salad and a side Rice Pilaf. Both and the pita, hummus starter were all delicious. Looking forward to returning.
