I have visited numerous Chipotle locations and this one is hands down the worst. The tables were dirty and I was disappointed with my order of double chicken - I received less chicken than my friend who ordered a regular portion. Additionally, the amount of rice they gave me was minimal. Considering the price, the portion sizes were a total rip off and I will not be returning to this location. It is surprising that this franchise manages to stay in business.
This restaurant is in dire need of a health department inspection. It is dirty, cluttered, and the trash cans are overflowing. They even ran out of spoons. The utensils are not properly wrapped in plastic and are next to the fountain drinks, which are sticky from soda splashing on them. My family of 6 could have eaten at a different restaurant for a better meal in a cleaner environment.
I had a wonderful evening supporting Oakcrest High School. The food was delicious, the company was great, and it was all for a good cause. I always enjoy my loaded sofrito bowl here!
First and last time here I ordered a bowl the worker said I'll put the queso I'm a cup incase you don't like it they charged me $2.70 extra because HE put it in a cup unbelievable I will never come here again just terrible.
The older man working at this location 1:30 3/1/24 is always impatient and rolls his eyes whenever someone asks for double of an ingredient. I’ve witnessed this several times. He portions the food like it comes out of his own pocket, if you don’t like your job maybe get another one.
