At times, they have forgotten items in our orders, but we have always overlooked it and not complained. However, tonight, when we placed a delivery order, we were missing chips and only received half of our meal. This was extremely disappointing. When we tried to contact them to inform them of the issue, we only received automated messages and were unable to speak to anyone. This lack of customer service was unacceptable. Despite being loyal customers, we have decided that we will not be returning to Chipotle in Mays Landing.

A chicken and cheese quesadilla... the response I got was I 'm sorry our quesadillas are online only ... my reply: What do you mean I 'm a human being ordering right in front of you??! chipotle 's response I 'm sorry sir I wish there was something we can do ... I give up... the world is being force fed to live in the matrix. What a sick joke.
