Ordered our food paid at 7:49pm then was told to pull up to wait even though there wasn?t a car behind us ?because it would mess up their time? and because ther... read more Ordered our food paid at 7:49pm then was told to pull up to wait even though there wasn?t a car behind us ?because it would mess up their time? and because there was a 6 minute wait on the chicken. At 8:06 my husband went in to check on our food and toinquire about a refund, meanwhile the car behind us has left with their food. After a few minutes my husband stepped out to sayeveryone in there was ignoring him. I walk in the restaurant because at this point our baby is crying screaming in the car. Isee 2 Cajun filet biscuits, which is what we ordered, stacked sitting there. I ask for a refund get ignored. I had to ask 3times for my money back before someone finally started working on it. After over 30 minutes of being at the restaurant we walkaway with no food. Fortunately, we rode to McDonald?s and had our food within a minute. Don?t waste your time or money going tothis bojangles!!!

It seems the restaurant might be poorly managed, as they often run out of items or are unable to prepare certain dishes for a variety of reasons. While I don’t have all the details regarding their supply issues, other fast food chains and even different Bojangles locations don’t seem to have this problem. Just yesterday, I tried to order a serious chicken biscuit meal and was told it would take 30 minutes to cook the chicken. Were they not ready for the day?

It feels like there’s a 50/50 chance of something being missing, depending on which Bojangles I go to. However, this location got it right, and the cashier was very friendly.
