Was Kathie Graves at Subway a mag?
Made our sandwich with pride. He was very informative about the changes coming to Subway. Premade sandwiches...I don't think so.Next stop at Subway talk to your server...We enjoyed the service and food was great but if they make stuff ahead we won't return.Parking: Lots of parking.Dietary restrictions: Some food gives us problems. She said that because we couldn't return the sandwich (we had thrown it away as it was making our fridge smell), there was nothing she could do to rectify the situation. I made on line order at this location at 1:18. I arrived ten minutes later. The order wasn’t ready and there were two people in line. The young lady, who I later realized was the only one in the building, asked if I was here for an online order. I told her I was. She finished the order she was working on. Then started on the other persons in line. Unfortunately this was after two other groups of people had walked in. Each with multiple sandwiches. She has made them in the order the folks were in line. I’ve now been here for almost an hour. After ordering ahead. What is the point in ordering ahead if you have to get in line to have your order made? The poor girl was floundering, but still, why make other peoples orders when I’m still sitting here watching you? This clearly isn’t her fault. She seemed new. The fault here lies on whatever idiot left this undertrained person in a store by herself. Is that not a liability? If I didn’t have people waiting on me expecting these I would’ve walked out 30 minutes ago. This is a tragic breakdown in how to effectively run a business. You’ve lost a customer and hopefully more to follow. I regret having given this place my money and is defeintwly wasn’t worth the promo to come here. I could’ve gone to 4 other subways by now, and they still haven’t even started my order.I’m now in line in hopes she’ll actually acknowledge me and at least refund my money.

If they’re so poorly managed that they can't resolve a simple sandwich issue, it might be time to consider closing down. And that’s not even mentioning the sauce situation on my husband’s sandwich, which was also supposed to be light but ended up overflowing. Tuna with that much sauce? It was disgusting. Avoid this place! You’ve been warned — you will be disappointed.

I ordered six foot-long subs, and the employee responded rather curtly, questioning why I didn't place my order online. When I asked if that was now a requirement, she made a few more snarky remarks before even suggesting she might spit in my food. I closely observed her as she completed my order. I paid $89 in cash and haven’t gone back since. Now, I drive to a different location, and I’ll share the employee’s name and the date if I receive a response from the owner.

This has got to be the worst subway ever!! Every time I place an online order I ask for regular Italian bread and every single time they give me herbs and cheese.. and there's absolutely no way to complain about your food on the app .. not once have they gotten my order correct! I'm surprised this subway is still in business because the workers are horrible sandwich makers!
