But I usually have to wait 30-45 minutes for two sandwiches when ordered online. Should at minimum be able to follow clear instructions and additional instructions. They've also repeatedly refused to give me my additional meat. This is 3 times in a row that I've paid for extra meat and not received it... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our last 3 orders have all been wrong We order the same 2 s... read more I used to eat at this subway 3-4x a weekbut over the last few months it’s completely gone down hill. Our last 3 orders have all been wrong We order the same 2 subs, chips and cookies each time. Each order was an online order and I waited an hour PAST the ready by time the first time, 45 minutes past the ready by time the second and the third was ready but missing a sandwich. 1 order was missing a sandwich, 1 order had wrong sandwiches, wrong ingredients and wrong bread, and the other order they didn’t have any of what we ordered. Out of cookies, out of bread, out of meat. With only a few restaurants in Mayflower, this is a good opportunity for this location to get a lot of business.but this subway is just not good anymore.
