Things were a little confusing due to having two doors or two points of entry. One said that we could go in, and the other stated we needed to wait. Then there didn't seem to be a waiter or waitress serving our area. Eventually, the manager took over, then every thing was fine. The food quality was very good, I had the catfish. It was fresh, hot, crispy, and tasty. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 View all feedback.
What JoeNathan9249 doesn't like about Embers Grille Prairie Band Casino:
Started at resort 4 days, had dinner here first night and breakfast here two days and then decided to eat elsewhere. Spaghetti meatballs NOT recommended. Had virtually no taste. As others have noted, food here is average. Nothing special Service was friendly. Prices high for quality of food. Resort's Steak house is outstanding see separate review. View all feedback.

A 6 hour road trip from OKC to Omaha put us at Prairie Band Casino at the right time for some food and fun. It seemed at first that the food choices were slim, until we investigated Embers. The website posts their hours as: Sunday Thursday To Go: 11AM 11PM; Friday Saturday To Go: 11AM 11:45PM; Dine In: 4PM 12AM. These could be temporary hours, so you might find out before you make plans. Because of TO Go being the only choice here, we thought we would check out the menu, then move on to a dine in spot. Nope. The food sounded so good, we decided that eating in the car would not only shorten our trip time, but we would also have some great menu choices. We had Chicken Tenders, a Philly Cheesesteak, and Cheesecurds. Oh my! Prairie Band is a great place to stop for a break. Embers is a great place to get some yummy food.
