The Coffee Den - Maxwell

Excellent coffee, delicious food. The staff are friendly yet efficient. You don't feel like you're being rushed, but you can tell they're working quickly.

Visited on 8/1 and upon entering found a packed restaurant where no one was wearing a mask. Was even more disturbed to find all employees were working without masks. It seemed like a great local place, but it's unfortunate that no one could be bothered to wear a simple mask during a pandemic.

It's a pretty good place to go when you're looking for coffee in small town Manchester. The cinnamon rolls and pastries are bomb, and I love how accommodating the staff can be to orders based on dietary measures! Definitely a place to stop in, do some work or studying, and chill during your lunch break. The only problem I have with the small place, is it can be a bit loud at times, so make sure you bring headphones or earbuds while studying/working. But I don't blame them. It's usually crowded when I go in, and the building isn't large. Still love the place, as it was apart of my childhood growing up!

The staff is always super friendly, and delivers prompt service. The paninis are great, and the Hot Buttered Rum Latte is an absolute must!
