As for the food, it was decent. It was hot and fresh, but I found it to be a bit expensive for what we ordered – store-bought deep-fried mini tacos and onion rings. Although the portion size was good, the quality did not quite match the price. The Scooby dish was good, but a bit dry. I wished it had more moisture and perhaps came with a side of sour cream or salsa instead of mild sauce packs. Unfortunately, the appetizers we wanted were sold out, and my son's ribeye sandwich had a lot of fatty meat. The food was basic, but the service was great. I would consider returning, but it may not be a regular spot for my family due to the higher prices. If Mom's is going for a "homemade" feel, I would suggest offering more dishes made from scratch rather than store-bought. Additionally, interacting more with customers, as a Mom typically would, could enhance the overall experience. Until next time!
The food was amazing! Even the kids' meals were excellent; tasty grilled chicken breast on the sandwich and homemade mac and cheese. My husband tried the Buffalo chicken sandwich and said it was one of the best he's ever had. I ordered the Scooby grinder, which was enormous and packed with meat and peppers. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely return. Kid-friendly: High-quality kids' meals.
I was expecting a restaurant called Moms to serve homemade food. However, the dishes tasted more like frozen meals from a Schwann truck.
Was in town today to visit a museum and got recommended to stop in for pizza or a sandwich. However this establishment has so much more. The menu is not overloaded but it is difficult to just choose one thing. There is just so many delicious things to choose from. My family and I were very happy and will definitely be back again in the future. The owner was amazing and her reccomendation of an order of breadsticks while we decided was perfect!
