Soggy,wilted lettuce, missing condiments and my wrap was missing the main feature the grilled chicken...this is a very bad image for Casey's. I've ate at other Casey's and never had food this horrible. and to top it off the employee was very rude to me on the phone about my order.Edit: also the cookies currently on the shelf by registers aren't fully baked either and it is the cookies they make there.

The pizza’s have been extremely below standard... read more I never leave reviews on places but I really have to say that I am disappointed with the Casey’s here in Maxwell. The pizza’s have been extremely below standards from not putting any materials on the pizza to my family tonight receiving a pizza with the cheese not even cooked on it. When I asked for a refund, nobody knew how to do it.Training and leadership is severely needed at this place. I have been going to Casey’s my whole life and I have never thought this would be an issue.

Tonight I got 2 pizzas and they weren't busy but when I got home both my pizzas were so doughy that the dough melted to the box. I had to scrap it off and put it in my oven. Also was supposed to get a free pizza from box tops but didn't and it went back to me having to buy 9 more. I'm just done getting food from there.

I simply asked if they would be makeing more pizza beings it was only 630 . and their was only 4 slices of beef and or sausage he didn't know what it was. I was told probably not because he had to do everything effing else. I get being busy and what not. But that does not give you the right to curse at me even if it wasn't directed towards me. Where is the customer service.
