What Nicholas Diener dislikes about Subway:
I visited Subway today and was completely taken aback by the complete lack of staff to assist me. I had to search for my DoorDash order on my own, and despite being in the store, I received no greeting or even a simple "have a nice day" as I left. They messed up my sandwich the manager was very polite and friendly and fixed it. This is the subway to go to in mattoon!
