She got mad/frustrated giving back my change even though I said she could round it up. Threw my food into my hands. Foolishness! If can’t do the job quit.

But when I saw the server pl... read more Went in to get small Orange Chicken and Rice. $9 and change. I know most restaurants have cut back on portions and increase prices. But when I saw the server place enough rice in bowl. Enough for 3 peoples. And put 1/2 cup of meat on top of rice. I was done. I still bought it. My Bad. I was done in 3 seconds. I hated to throw All that rice out. I was complete hungry. Not worth it. If u must . Go to a Chinese Restaurant. U would get more for your money. The rice was hard. Chicken just Average. How this place have stayed in Business for as long as it has. Baffles me. Don't waste your time or money.
