Red Lobster - Matteson

I don't like seafood. At ALL. So I think it is important to note that despite Red Lobster centered on seafood dishes, there are ARE options for those of us who prefer alternatives. I find her steak pretty good as her Wagyu Burger (no bacon). Good to know, there are options for everyone. On Mondays there are endless shrimps. Not mine, but I heard it was good.

I wasn't in Red Hummer in years and it's exactly the way I remember the food was great the service was great, it was a little slower than I expected... the thing that stood most for me was when the cookies didn't taste, outside of the fact that the lobster dicks were decent, the pasta was good the drinks were amazing screaming out to barkeepers. I usually go to the mother and pop restaurants for seafood, but I took it back to the old school for an unforgettable classic.

I had a great experience at the Matteson site, IL. Our server Darrell C. was great! From the moment we sat until we were gone, he made sure everything was great. Our food was made right and fast, he has constantly checked for us to make sure that the food was good and that we had everything we needed. He always smiled and showed us that he worked there. After my last experience in Red Lobster this interaction was great, the food and drinks were good and the fast, efficient service made it a fantastic visit. I definitely come back.

I love this sweet ginger salmon bowl. The salad and the Brussels sprouts are as amazing as the salmon. Terrible

The food was delicious, and a waiter was excellent servers. And I will return.
