We shared a Cobb salad and the Berkeley pizza which was excellent. Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Service was good and it’s a very cute cozy place. Oh, and the dessert was fantastic, Mississippi Mudcake I think it was called. Chocolate lovers choice!

The restaurants in Deltaville were full at 8pm on a Friday night in early October which was unexpected, so our group of five friends drove to Mathews to get pizza. We called and ordered ahead, a Rigby Island pizza and a New Pointe pizza. When we arrivedthey were getting ready to close but the staff said we could sit on the porch to eat which was super nice of them. They servedus drinks and dessert as if we had ordered for dine in. We were so happy to have such friendly and welcoming service since itwas so late. Our waiter Michael was wonderful and we will certainly be back. That buttermilk parmesan dressing they have isworth the drive.

Southwind Pizza features a menu with far more than simlly pizza be forewarned! We were a group of 10 ladies dining out for our monthly lunch group (different place every time). And I was the only one who ordered and enjoyed pizza! But I can't tell youthe name of what I had, because the pizzas are each named after local, geographic places. Good thing the menu identified whateach pizza includes.
