I'm not quite sure how this rest ranks so high, maybe because it's limited decisions in matane. it is a beautiful looking restaurant with river view. I think the terrace would be beautiful in warmer weather. the menu is very limited and the food is average. the garnel spaghetti was overboiled and drowned in white sauce. the personal is very friendly.
