It's puzzling that half of the drinks are located at the front while the rest are in the back. When I went to pick up my order, they hadn't packed everything, so I approached the counter and waited about 3-5 minutes for the manager to arrive. She handed me the missing items, but while I was asking her a question, she walked away. If you want to improve your business, I suggest having an employee at the front at all times, regardless of what else is happening, as well as ensuring better customer service.

Also, keep in mind, I haven’t thrown up since I was in high school and I just graduated from college. Called the restaurant after I got done puking and using the bathroom since 3am, and all she said was “nobody else has called about this, thank you for letting us know” lets just say I am staying away from panera for awhile but if I do eat it again NEVER AGAIN from this location!

I definit... read more The prices for soup are outrageous—$7.29 for a bowl (and it's a small one at that). The chicken noodle soup contained very little chicken and noodles. I definitely won't be returning for that. However, I must say the employees are always very friendly. I suggest they either lower their prices or ensure the soup is worth the $7.29.
