Praise centers on pastries and warm baguettes, but recurring problems with disorganized service, long waits, order mistakes and small, pricey soups tarnish the experience. Better management and order accuracy would make this a top local spot.

Got food poisoning from the turkey bravo and mac and cheese… been eating panera for years, never ever got sick! first time eating from this location. Also, keep in mind, I haven’t thrown up since I was in high school and I just graduated from college. Called the restaurant after I got done puking and using the bathroom since 3am, and all she said was “nobody else has called about this, thank you for letting us know” lets just say I am staying away from panera for awhile but if I do eat it again NEVER AGAIN from this location!
The prices for soup are outrageous—$7.29 for a bowl (and it's a small one at that). The chicken noodle soup contained very little chicken and noodles. I definitely won't be returning for that. However, I must say the employees are always very friendly. I suggest they either lower their prices or ensure the soup is worth the $7.29.
Takes them 15 minutes just to put your empty drink cup out for mobile Togo orders even tho the app says it takes 3-5 minutes you’ll end up standing in line to ask for your cup.
I absolutely love the broccoli cheddar soup! Honestly, I could enjoy anything from Panera. The customer service is outstanding—everyone is so friendly!
I recently went to this location that near my home. I’m really disappointed in the organization the cashier will be taking orders with a full line then yanked away from the customer to do something else leaving everyone waiting. Then they take all the online order that come in even if you’ve already placed your order in and they jump over yours or forget about yours. I stood there waiting 40 mins my food was cold and wrong I didn’t even bother complaining because I didn’t want to wait another 40 mins. Management needs talking to or they need new management.
