What D dislikes about Dunkin':
This location has not seen any changes or improvements. The drive-thru staff lacks essential customer service skills, resulting in rude service every time I visit. They manage to turn a straightforward order into a hassle for no apparent reason. Additionally, it seems like they are often out of stock on many items. It would be beneficial to retrain the entire team. View all feedback.

Got a dragon green tea, gave me instant stomach ache on first sip, had to throw out a $4 drink... bring back styrofoam, or invest in some drink cups that close well, don't sweat, and keep the drink cold.

I visited the restaurant this morning at 10 AM. The person who took my order was friendly and very helpful. However, when I received my drink from an older woman at the window, it wasn't the one I had ordered. When I mentioned it, she dismissively told me, “We don’t have the one you wanted anymore, so you’ll just have to deal with it.” I was taken aback by her response. I replied, “You don’t have to be so rude about it,” and started to drive away. She then said, “Don’t snatch ****.” Unfortunately, my 2-year-old in the car repeated her words. I would recommend just going to Starbucks instead.

When she handed me my items, she was busy talking to a coworker and complaining about her job. The window was open, and I had a car full of kids, which made her inappropriate comments all the more unprofessional. While she was swearing under her breath to her coworker and refusing to make eye contact with me, she gave me one last dismissive look, rolled her eyes again, and said in a condescending tone, "Have a nice day," as she closed the window. To add insult to injury, my hashbrowns were squished and looked like they had been smashed in the bag. I also ordered a small decaf coffee, since I'm sensitive to caffeine, but I should have known better than to trust them with my order. After drinking half of it, I realized it was definitely not decaf and had to throw the rest away, which left me feeling sick for the remainder of the day. If this had been my first negative experience, I might have brushed it off, but I've had several issues recently. The previous visit, they forgot half of my order, and when I brought it to their attention at the drive-thru, they were rude, acting as if it were my fault. Before that, they also got my order wrong and neglected to include everything I requested. I really should have checked my order before leaving, as paying for food I didn't receive feels rather frustrating. Lesson learned. I was initially impressed by how friendly the staff was on my first visit and how my orders were always correct. I don't know what has changed, but it seems this location could benefit from better staff or additional training for the employees they currently have.
