What Andreana Carter doesn't like about Dunkin':
Drink was awful. No whip cream paid extra for. Ordered online waited ten minutes and they just started making my drink and took an extra 15 mins and it wasn't good and they didn't make it correctly. View all feedback.
Went last night and found the manager to be phenomenal. She was helpful and spent time to make sure we were satisfied with the service. The frozen hot chocolate Samantha (the manager suggested was amazing. Thank you to you and your staff. Great work!!!!
Good food. Great waitress. They were very understaffed. Which wasn't the waitress's fault.
Drive thru. Bought 1/2 dozen doughnuts 2 large coffees and an iced Carmel macchiato. Service and purchased items were great. Drive thru workers were great
The people are really sweet but I haven't had a good experience with the coffee in this location. (I normally get an iced coffee).
