Had a young lady that seemed like she was new and was getting used to her way around behind the counter. Needed a little more practice but the other young lady should've been there to assist her a little more. Other than that first time here and I'll come back again. Ordered a foot long and it was quite packed but she managed ok either packing it all up. View all feedback.

I ordered chicken on my sandwich and the employee ended up arguing with me and saying I didn’t ask for chicken when I know for sure I did. I told her about it before she even “heated” up my sandwich. After “heating” up my sandwich it came out cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted..when she did add chicken to it after rolling her eyes and complaining about it, the chicken came out cold. Despite feeling unwelcome by a Hispanic lady with blonde hair streaks and a pointy nose, my experience at this restaurant was initially positive thanks to a young Hispanic boy who provided great service. However, upon my subsequent visits, I noticed that the staff, particularly a fat Hispanic lady, began to treat me poorly. Despite the nice Hispanic woman who made my sandwiches with care and cleanliness, the rude behavior of another staff member ruined the experience for me. When I politely asked for my sandwiches to be heated up, the rude lady refused and even argued with me, displaying a shocking lack of customer service. Even when my ex tried to intervene and request a refund, the rude lady refused and even lied to the boss when contacted. Instead of addressing our concerns as customers, the boss took the side of his staff and asked us not to return. This mistreatment and lack of empathy for paying customers is truly disappointing and unacceptable. I will be reporting this incident to the company's CEO and hope that necessary actions are taken. Customer service should be a top priority, and I should not feel disrespected or uncomfortable when spending my money.

Went there for lunch had coupons no where did it say no coupons but right on top of register were coupons pointed to them and cashier acted stupid. Poor service
This is the best subway.Workers are always nice, and they know how to make the sandwiches correctly neatly.The place is also always clean.
