we celebrated my man bday w/family friends. emilio and the staff were very attentive between the tasty foods and drinks and want to mention that the noise level was perfect, we did not have to scream about the dinner. drinking suggestions were delicious as the pfirsich martini. thanks master grill for an unforgettable evening! What User doesn't like about Master Grill Brazilian Barbecue:
I expected it to be quiet, since it was a weeknight when we went, and it was. However, the food seemed lower quality and the meat did not come around often. There also seemed to be less choices. The market salad bar had tiny portions of most things, and the Caesar salad tasted old. Way overpriced for what we experienced on a weeknight View all feedback.
Food was great! Service was fantastic, and the drinks were pored to perfection. Highly recommend you come hungry since this place will make sure you leave full. The bacon wrapped filet mignon was my favorite, but the picania was a close second.
Not impressed. The food wasn't awful; however it wasn't mind blowing. I opted to try the place out during its Lunch Buffet which is $19.99 I was under the impression that everything was included except with a limited amount of meats. Upon arrival I was told they'd only be keeping the buffet open until 3:30pm (it was a little after 3). I figured ok, I drove here already I may as well try it out. Now, as a long time foodie... I know how these type of places work; however the girl who tried turning us away didn't bother to explain. She also didn't explain that the meats were an additional charge (which is ridiculous considering that's the ONLY reason to pay that kind of price for a lunch buffet). The place had been empty and the dishes were all barely filled so I didn't eat much. The candied bacon was a joke... it was dry and had no flavor whatsoever. The meats weren't impressive at all the Picanha wasn't bad and the Gaucho was nice. The Lobster Bisque was watery... could've been good if it were creamy and not watered down. The woman... trying to rush the table... handed a check for over $70!!! That's when she said the meat portion was more. I had a problem with this and a gentleman was kind and adjusted the bill. The money wouldn't have been an issue had there been an actual dining experience, time to try enjoying it and most of all HAD IT EXPLAINED! What pissed me off more is the audacity to include a TIP on a bill at 20% when the waitress did absolutely NOTHING. Needless to say we will never be returning. Considering my reach and relationships with other restaurateurs across the country I would've rather had a great experience and felt comfortable referring people there. It's a shame I had high hopes.
I'm sure eating in the restaurant is 1000% better but the variety and quality was exceptional. Everything was flavorful and delicious. Chicken was on the dry side but picanha was great. Just wish they gave the vinegar chili that they usually have at Brazilian steakhouses.
Come hungry and enjoy! One of the best Rodizio restaurants in Long Island. The salad bar is a meal on its own, all meats slow roasted to perfection and fabulous, friendly waiters. Just wonderful!
Horrible service, terrible flavored meat, chicken undercooked, I had to ask to have the meat removed from the bill. The service charge is outrageous for the lack of effort, presentation and poor attitude. Never ever eat the garlic steak, it is disgusting as well as the poor pungent flavor of the other meat. The waitress was not kind, she had an edge of attitude that made the whole experience worse. I would rate it a zero if possible.
