My first experience was at Dulles Airport. I got off the plane at 7:00, and all I could smell was burgers. The line was twenty people deep, but I decided to give it a try. I ordered a classic double burger, fries, and a Coke. It was fantastic! I'm a big fan now! View all feedback.
What Tom Leffler doesn't like about Five Guys:
This is the third time within a month that I’ve eaten at that five guys burgers, and shortly after that became very sick. I don’t think they cook their burgers all the way through, you have too many people working in that kitchen, and he never seem to get my order right! The burger was good. hot, fresh. overpriced. noisy. the woman who took orders was quite rude. no children who fit tassen and I'm not a big fan of self-service drinks. I paid $12 for a hamburger and a drink. probably not back. food: 4/5
Had the worst hamburger! just asking? have they changed their rector? not the same and trust me that I have appeared many times there. the fries are still great, their shakes are still great, but dry and tasteless burger, and dried buns. don't go back.
The casser on the theke rolled the eyes on me when I tried to add a shake to my burger and french order. I have not liberated the shake on the basis of its reaction. this is the 2nd bad experience in this business in the last weeks. love eating, but customer service is bad.
Eating is amazing! fresh and hot as soon as they get it. would get five stars, but the personal is kind of rude. I'm gonna get this life so hard and it's gonna take you down, but that doesn't mean you should take it on the customers.
They were really busy with everyone door-dashing their food now. So I’m not mad about the wait but dang there was so much trash on the ground around the grills and register. Food was great but they definitely should clean it up since they cook in front of everyone.
