There is a lady with blonde short hair who always works the drive thru . she refused to honor a comp order when my order has been wrong the last two times I cam... read more There is a lady with blonde short hair who always works the drive thru . she refused to honor a comp order when my order has been wrong the last two times I came through the drive thru. More than likely have received wrong order due in the past due to new employees training. I get it things happen! She always seems flustered annoyed while trying to train new employee. She was rude to me when I told her I had a comp order after speaking with a manager previously. She told me they have to charge for the food since I’m getting. That should NOT be the case considering i spoke to a manager previously. Probably will never come back to this Wendy’s. It’s a shame because they do have hot food for the most part. Good luck with good customer service. Thank god their competitors is a few doors down ?
