I know, shops and restaurants have difficulty getting help right away, let alone good help. this Wendy’s obviously has the floor of the barrel for the girl that works in the passage on the afternoons. she is rude and obviously doesn't make it fun to work there. she whistles the window and presses the bag out and closes it before they can say a word. no thanks, no nice day, just rude and nasty! the only reason she opened the window for me was because I sat there to ask for something ketchup. I asked her why she just throws away the food without waiting for anything to be necessary and she told me she could have thrown it on me. while I went home, I called the restaurant and of course she answered the phone. I asked for her name so I could contact the customer service and she refused to give it to me. there is another wendys right on the road, I don't know if it's the same owner, but I'll find out and go there. if it is the same owner, I will never visit one of their wendys again! I would rather wait longer and have a pleasant service than have faster service and be treated as rude as this girl customer treated. this is all I hear lately is “support their local businesses” and I try to do this, but if I am treated like this, it doesn’t make me want to come back. I work too hard for my money to give it to a business that obviously does not appreciate it and would rather work someone evil and rude for them than have customers again!
A dave's single and small dr. pepper is just the right size when you are running around at lunchtime. it was fresh and just the right temperature.
There is a lady with blonde short hair who always works the drive thru . she refused to honor a comp order when my order has been wrong the last two times I came through the drive thru. More than likely have received wrong order due in the past due to new employees training. I get it things happen! She always seems flustered annoyed while trying to train new employee. She was rude to me when I told her I had a comp order after speaking with a manager previously. She told me they have to charge for the food since I’m getting. That should NOT be the case considering i spoke to a manager previously. Probably will never come back to this Wendy’s. It’s a shame because they do have hot food for the most part. Good luck with good customer service. Thank god their competitors is a few doors down ?
