The service was equally impressive, also deserving of a 5. The overall atmosphere further enhanced my experience, making it a top-notch dining experience, which I would rate a 5 as well.

I went for pepperoni,... read more As for the food, the Chicago-style pizza was fantastic! My son and I each ordered a large pizza so we could have leftovers to enjoy later. I went for pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms, while he chose pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. Honestly, this is the best pizza we've had in Cincinnati, even comparable to our experiences in Chicago. They do offer New York-style pizza, but we decided against trying it based on other reviews. We also ordered the mac and cheese balls; they were a bit over-fried for my taste, but my son loved them. The service was excellent, even though it seemed they were short-staffed, as there was a wait despite many open tables. We put our names on the waiting list before leaving home, and the staff was incredibly friendly. While we were waiting, I spoke to the manager, who was kind enough to give us a complimentary dessert of small powdered sugar donuts. We ended up taking half of our pizza home, and it was gone by the next day! The decor of the place is really cool—check out my pictures. I only saw the men's restroom, but it was clean and neat. Interestingly, they’ve received an award for being in the top 10 in the country, which speaks volumes. It’s definitely worth a visit! They also have outdoor seating and giant TV screens for football games and other events. We'll definitely be back!
