This place puts all chairs up on tables and flips the tables in the booths upside down every night starting 2-3 hours before closing time. So that when customer... read more This place puts all chairs up on tables and flips the tables in the booths upside down every night starting 2-3 hours before closing time. So that when customers arrive and can't find an available seat/ booth, if the customer doesn't t just leave immediately, an employee will need to approach the customer and let him/her know that he/she can open up a table. But generally, it results in an experience where one feels rushed to eat and leave, even though the place will be open for a couple more hours. Also, I've driven by and seen the chairs up through the windows and thought the place was already closed. How many others do this? How much income is lost? Doesn't make sense.
