Feedback
The dining experience at this casino restaurant emerges as a mixed bag, leaving diners with contrasting impressions. While the atmosphere and attentive service from the well-trained staff shine, the food often falls short of expectations. Many expressed concerns about the rushed nature of meals, with dishes appearing too quickly, raising questions about freshness. Highlights included enjoyable appetizers and a pleasant ambience; however, some signature offerings, like certain sashimi and desserts, disappointed. Priced at a premium, patrons hoped for a more cohesive experience that matched the attentive service. Overall, while the setting is inviting, the culinary execution may not justify a return visit.
The food is exceptional, and the service is top-notch. I don't have much more to say, except that I make a reservation there every time I visit Foxwoods.
We were in and out in under an hour, despite the fact that the restaurant wasn't particularly busy—there were at least five empty tables around us. From the moment we arrived, it felt rushed. The food was served too quickly, which raises questions about its freshness. Given the price we paid, I can only describe the food as mediocre at best. I understand that dining in a casino tends to be more expensive, but we were genuinely disappointed by the experience. It was supposed to be a special date night, yet we found ourselves feeling unsettled, wondering why we couldn't simply relax and enjoy our meal. It felt like a real waste of money.
We had a wonderful dinner! The food was excellent, and the service was professional. It was a pleasure to be taken care of so well, and everything was right on time!
We felt extremely rushed during our visit; we were in and out in less than an hour despite the fact that the restaurant wasn't very busy. I noticed at least five empty tables nearby when we arrived. The food arrived far too quickly, which raises concerns about its freshness, and for the prices we paid, it was only mediocre at best. I understand that dining in a casino can be more expensive, but we were thoroughly disappointed with our experience. It was meant to be a special date night, and instead, we left feeling bewildered, unable to relax and enjoy the evening. Overall, it felt like a waste of money.
